Processing Time

  • Standard Products:

    For all standard products, including socks, hats, drawstring bags, wristbands, pet accessories, and other non-customized items:

    Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom Products:
    For customized orders, we will send a digital design mockup for your approval. Once confirmed, please allow 7 business days for professional printing and quality inspection before shipment.
